Cel's yoga journey started years ago after meeting an instructor who suggested there's more to yoga than only the postures. She trained in Anusara Yoga with Yoga Union, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Jen Renne, David Garrigues, and her beloved teacher Tim Miller, with whom she keeps studying. After nearly a 1,000 hours of training and thousands of hours of teaching yoga classes and teacher trainings, Cel keeps on her path of learning. "I am forever a student."
Cel teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, including Mysore style practice, adjustment research, meditation, gentle and adaptive yoga classes and yogic text studies. Private classes are available for those who would like a personalized practice.
